The first conference of the UK Speechwriters’ Guild was held at the Arts University College in Bournemouth on Friday 18 September 2009.

It took place from 1-3pm in the lecture theatre at the back of the The Crosse Keys, 9 Gracechurch Street, (opposite Leadenhall Market) EC3V 0DR. Jeffrey Archer has wide experience of the world of politics and publishing.
