The first conference of the UK Speechwriters’ Guild was held at the Arts University College in Bournemouth on Friday 18 September 2009.

Hal had experience with the Reagan administration and he has written for Colin Powell.

Jeffrey Archer to talk to UK Speechwriters’ Guild

Jeffrey ArcherOn Friday 12 March 2010, author Jeffrey Archer will give us a talk on his experience as a public speaker and a writer, especially for the Guild. It will take place from 1-3pm in the lecture theatre at the back of the The Crosse Keys, 9 Gracechurch Street, (opposite Leadenhall Market) EC3V 0DR. Jeffrey Archer has wide experience of the world of politics and publishing. There will be opportunities for networking over a light buffet lunch.
